Thanks to our country’s liberal regulations regarding vehicle standards, many gearheads all across the country has been able to realize their wildest dreams over the years when building cars. A perfect example of this can be seen in the video below. The car in question is a 1978 Camaro modified to shoot flames from its engine. To make things better, the driver of this car decided to perform one nice little burnout for all of us to enjoy. The car and all of its features might seem a bit excessive but we think that it’s pure passion.
Besides, everyone wants some fire. If you’ve attended a cruise night or a car show and witnessed cars spitting flames, then you know what we are talking about. If you modify your car to shoot flames, you’re guaranteed to attract some heavy attention and make people turn their heads.
Now, even though these mods are not really legal, they are perfect for car shows and similar events. However, normally car’s spit flames out of their exhausts. That said, we wonder how safe it is to have that much excess flame near the engine. On the other hand, we are sure these guys have figured everything out and know what they are doing with their 1978 Camaro.
Another thing worth mentioning is that this car is pretty famous. Maybe you’ve seen it before it has participated in various car shows and other events. Some people reported that they’ve seen this car a couple of times cruising at the Route 66 Rendezvous in San Bernardino.
