Namely, it states that you will no longer be able to leave your pets inside your car during hot weather; or, you are going to commit a felony. Yes, this is something that the legislature in Nevada was able to pass as a law, and we must admit that we really approve it.
None of us would want to see a poor animal being stuck inside your car during an immense heat; hence things can get really bad in just a second. Once you hear what might happen to you if you commit this crime, you are going to be absolutely shocked by it.
Namely, you could possibly get a $1,000 fine if convicted, or even worse, you might end up behind bars. Yes, you can actually end up in jail purely for locking your pet inside your car at a hot and sunny day.
